Returns, Leasing and Service Policy – Purest Solutions

Purest Solutions provides water filtration systems through purchase, lease, and ongoing servicing. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds, and servicing are handled across each offering. This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Products Purchased Outright
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided products are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for change of mind returns.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Remedies will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
2. Leased or Rented Products
All leased products remain the property of Purest Solutions. Cancellations prior to installation are eligible for a full refund. Once installation has occurred, payments already made are non-refundable and early termination fees may apply as outlined in the lease agreement.
Customers may be charged for damage beyond fair wear and tear or failure to return leased equipment. Servicing included during the lease period is defined in the lease agreement. Additional services may incur fees.
3. Servicing and Maintenance
Services cancelled prior to delivery may be rescheduled or refunded. Services already performed are non-refundable. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, we will re-perform or remedy the service in line with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Installation, call-out, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
