Yes. Australia-wide rental includes equipment, filter changes and lifetime warranty during rental. Servicing is every 9 months, except both refillable cooler models are serviced every 6 months. Setup and any delivery or collection charges are confirmed before you proceed; refillables have no plumbing installation fee.
Can I buy equipment for my business?

Can I buy without installation?
Order equipment for delivery and arrange suitable installation yourself, or select the installation option shown on the product page. Refillable coolers and replacement filters do not require plumbing installation.
How do I replace my filters?
Match the cartridge to your system before ordering. Filter type and replacement timing vary by model and usage. If you are unsure, send a photo of your equipment and cartridge label.
Can you look after equipment I already own?
We service Purest systems and suitable other-brand equipment, including Zip and Billi, across Australia. Ask about a one-off visit or an ongoing service plan.
