Is standard installation right for your order?
Add installation only to an eligible system and confirm your site with us. Buying a product without installation is also available; we ship the product to you.
Eligible systems
Standard installation applies when arranged for eligible Purest filtered taps, under-sink systems, reverse osmosis systems, plumbed coolers and bubblers. The charge is the separately quoted installation price for each system installed.
Products excluded from the fee
Replacement filters, the refillable cooler and benchtop refillable cooler do not attract this installation fee. A technician filter-change visit is a separate service.
Confirm site requirements
Tell us about the proposed location, water connection, access and power where needed. Ask us to confirm any additional work and its price before you pay for a separate installation.

What does the the separately quoted installation price charge cover?
Standard installation for one eligible Purest system at a confirmed Australia-wide site. The system itself is purchased separately. Confirm the job scope and any additional work with our team before buying installation separately.
Is installation compulsory?
No. You can purchase an eligible system without Purest installation and we will ship the product to you. Arrange installation appropriate to the system requirements.
Is it the separately quoted installation price per order or per system?
Installation is optional and charged separately. Review the current installation option beside Add to cart, or ask Purest for a quote for your postcode and site. You can also buy the system without installation.
Do filters and refillable coolers need this add-on?
No. Replacement filters, the refillable cooler and benchtop refillable cooler are excluded from this fee. If you need a technician for a filter change or another service, contact us separately.
Is installation available Australia-wide?
Yes. Purest installation is available Australia-wide. Confirm your system, address, site requirements and appointment with our team before purchasing this service separately. Any additional work is agreed before proceeding.
Does paying reserve an installation time?
No. Our team confirms the site requirements and arranges an appointment with you. Do not assume a particular date or time until it has been agreed.
Is installation a recurring payment?
No. This is a one-off installation charge. Filter subscriptions and service plans are separate optional purchases.
What if installation is already on my order?
Do not buy it again. Contact our team with your order reference to check the booking. For a new system, selecting installation on the system page adds the service with that product.
What warranty applies to installation?
Purest installation carries a three-year warranty. Contact our team if you have an installation issue. Replacement filters are excluded from the three-year product warranty; see the returns and service policy for product issues.
