Does the system include a kitchen tap?
Yes. The system comes with a 3-way mixer tap for normal hot water, normal cold water and filtered drinking water. Confirm the tap mounting and plumbing fit before ordering.
Is it tankless, and why are there three cartridges?
Yes. It uses an integrated pump and does not require a separate drinking-water storage tank. Five filtration stages are combined into three cartridges, so five stages does not mean five separate cartridges.
Does it provide chilled or boiling filtered water?
No. This RO system filters water without chilling or heating it. The hot and cold functions of the 3-way mixer use your existing household water supply.
Is installation included in the system price?
Installation is optional and charged separately. Review the current installation option beside Add to cart, or ask Purest for a quote for your postcode and site. You can also buy the system without installation.
Does reverse osmosis use electricity and produce drain water?
This system has an integrated pump, so power access needs to be checked. Reverse osmosis also produces a separate stream of drain water. Ask us for the model’s operating requirements and water-use information when planning your installation.
Can I choose this system for a specific contaminant?
Ask us for the performance information for this model before choosing it for a specific contaminant such as fluoride or PFAS. The filtration technology alone does not establish the tested reduction level of an individual system.
How often do the filters need replacing?
Follow the replacement schedule for the cartridges and membrane fitted to this system. The intervals can differ and depend on water quality and usage. Contact our team to confirm the correct replacements, timing and current cost.
What warranty applies?
The system and installation by Purest Solutions carry a 3-year warranty. Replacement filters are excluded from this 3-year warranty. Ask us for the full warranty terms; replacement filters and routine servicing are separate from the initial system purchase.
