Do I need to refill a bottle?
No. This cooler connects to your mains water supply. It does not need a bottle to be refilled or replaced. You still need to change the filter and clean the unit as required.
What is the difference between Cool & Cold and Hot & Cold?
Cool & Cold provides room-temperature and chilled water. Hot & Cold provides heated and chilled water. Both are available in black or white. The price and main product photo update when you select your configuration.
Can I buy it without installation?
Installation is optional and charged separately. Review the current installation option beside Add to cart, or ask Purest for a quote for your postcode and site. You can also buy the system without installation.
Will it fit on my kitchen or office bench?
Check the model footprint, height and required ventilation and servicing clearances, including any overhead cupboards. You also need a suitable water connection and power supply. Send us your available bench measurements and photos so we can help confirm the fit and installation route.
How much chilled or hot water can it supply?
The mains connection removes the need to refill bottles, but heating and cooling output still depend on the model and how quickly water is used. Tell us your expected users and peak demand so we can confirm whether the capacity suits you.
How hot is the hot water, and does it have safety controls?
Ask our team for the operating temperatures, dispensing instructions and safety features of the Hot & Cold model before choosing it. Confirm suitability wherever children or vulnerable users may have access, and follow the supplied operating instructions.
Can I rent a cooler instead?
Yes. We offer rental options with separate terms and service arrangements. Use the rental link above to explore the options, or contact our team for a quote for your location and usage.
Which replacement filter or service do I need?
The replacement must match the filter fitted to your cooler. Contact us with your model details or a photo of the current cartridge so we can confirm the right replacement, interval and service options.
What warranty applies?
The cooler and installation by Purest Solutions carry a 3-year warranty. Replacement filters are excluded from this 3-year warranty. Ask us for the full warranty terms; routine maintenance and replacement filters are separate from the initial cooler purchase.
