Does this system dispense boiling water?
The chiller provides chilled, filtered drinking water. The included 3-way tap also uses your existing hot and cold water supply. For hot filtered water, see our hot-and-cold filtered water system.
Do I need to refill a water tank?
The system connects to your mains water supply, so there are no drinking-water bottles to refill. Ask us about cooling capacity for your household or workplace's expected usage.
Is installation included in the product price?
Installation is optional and charged separately. Review the current installation option beside Add to cart, or ask Purest for a quote for your postcode and site. You can also buy the system without installation.
Can I install it in an apartment or rental property?

What maintenance and warranty cover should I check?
The chiller system and installation by Purest Solutions have a 3-year warranty. Replacement filters are excluded from this 3-year warranty. Filters need regular replacement. Ask our team for the correct cartridge, service interval, current maintenance price and full warranty terms.
