Filtered Tap System

The Filtered Tap System pairs under-sink filtration with a 3-way mixer that replaces your existing kitchen tap. Your regular hot and cold supply and filtered drinking water are available from the one fitting.

The filtered-water function is at mains temperature; it is not a chiller or boiling-water system. Compare the Pull-Out Filtered Tap System for additional rinsing flexibility.

Confirm your existing tap opening, plumbing access and under-sink space before ordering. Installation availability and any extra work are confirmed for your site.

For a specific contaminant concern, ask for performance evidence covering the exact system and cartridge. A general filtration label is not proof of every reduction claim.

For a rented home, obtain any required property approval before installation. Residential systems are purchased, not rented.

• Overall height (base to highest point): 340 mm
• Spout reach (neck to outlet): 210 mm

Tap measurements exclude the under-sink equipment. Spout reach is the horizontal neck-to-outlet measurement, not pull-out hose extension. Allow additional room for connections, handle movement and filter access.

Carbon and sediment filtration for drinking water at mains temperature. For purchased systems, replace filters every 6–12 months, depending on usage and the cartridge instructions.

These dimensions apply to the carbon and sediment filter unit, not the mixer tap or the complete installation. The reverse osmosis filtration system is 430 W × 125 D × 425 H mm. Allow additional room for connections and cartridge access.

We recommend servicing and filter replacement every 6–12 months, depending on usage.

• Every 12 months: a small residential space with light use.
• Every 6 months: a large public space or high-use location.

Follow the instructions and capacity limits for your installed cartridge, and replace it sooner where required. Arrange servicing or filter replacement.

Existing rental and servicing plans follow their agreed schedule. RO membranes and other specialist components may have separate replacement requirements.

Product shipping is included Australia-wide. Installation is separate unless the current offer expressly includes it. Check postcode and site eligibility before selecting installation. Refillable equipment does not require a plumbing connection.
