The under-sink hot and cold filtration unit and matching dispensing tap are included. Standard installation is a separately priced option. Contact us to confirm any site-specific fittings or work needed for your kitchen.
Does this replace my normal kitchen mixer?
The product is supplied with the hot and chilled drinking-water dispenser shown in the photos. Confirm the proposed layout with our team, including how it will work alongside your existing kitchen fittings. Do not assume it is a conventional hot/cold mixer replacement.
Can I choose different temperatures or finishes online?
There is one system configuration listed for this product. Contact us to confirm operating temperatures, tap details and suitability before ordering if you have a particular requirement.
Is installation included in the system price?
Installation is optional and charged separately. Review the current installation option beside Add to cart, or ask Purest for a quote for your postcode and site. You can also buy the system without installation.
How much hot and chilled water can it deliver?
Ask us for the model’s hot and chilled capacity, delivery temperatures and recovery times. Tell us how many people will use it and when demand is highest so we can help check suitability.
What should I know about the hot-water controls?
Ask our team to demonstrate the dispensing controls and explain any safety-lock function before use. Follow the supplied operating instructions and supervise children around hot-water dispensing.
What filter and servicing will I need?
Use the replacement cartridge specified for this system and follow its service schedule. Our team can confirm the correct filter, interval and current cost. Do not assume that a cartridge for a different Purest product is compatible.
What warranty applies?
The system and installation by Purest Solutions carry a 3-year warranty. Replacement filters are excluded from this 3-year warranty. Ask us for the full warranty terms; replacement filters and routine servicing are separate from the initial system purchase.
