Choose a suitable bench
Use a level, stable bench that can support the cooler and a full bottle. Keep access to power and allow the ventilation space specified in the operating instructions.
Leave room above the bottle
Check the total height with the bottle fitted and leave enough access to reach and refill it comfortably. Fill the bottle with tap water following its instructions and marked limits.
Set up, refill and maintain
Follow the supplied setup instructions before switching on. Refill the bottle as needed, clean the bottle and cooler, and replace the filter at the interval recommended for your model.

How do I refill it?
Fill the refillable filtration bottle on top with drinking-quality tap water, following the supplied instructions and marked limits. The bottle filter treats the water before it is dispensed. You do not fill an internal cooler tank directly.
What is the difference between Cool & Cold and Hot & Cold?
Cool & Cold provides room-temperature and chilled water. Hot & Cold provides heated and chilled water. Both are available in black or white. The price and main product photo update when you select your configuration.
Do I need a plumber or pay an installation fee?
No. This benchtop refillable cooler has no mains-water connection and no installation fee. You can order it for delivery and follow the supplied setup instructions. Product shipping is included Australia-wide.
Do I need to buy bottles of water?
No. The included filtration bottle is reusable and is filled with tap water. You still need to refill it regularly, clean it as instructed and replace the filter when due.
Will it fit beneath my kitchen cupboards?
Check the total height with the bottle fitted, the footprint and the required ventilation clearances. You also need room above the bottle to refill it. Send us the available bench space so we can confirm the fit for your selected model before you order.
How hot is the hot water, and does it have safety controls?
Ask our team for the operating temperatures, dispensing instructions and safety features of the Hot & Cold model before choosing it. Confirm suitability wherever children or vulnerable users may have access, and follow the supplied operating instructions.
Can I rent a cooler instead?
Yes. Managed rental is available across Australia with servicing and filter changes every six months for refillable coolers. Contact our team to confirm annual pricing, model options and agreement terms for your workplace.
Which replacement filter or service do I need?
Use a replacement that matches the filtration bottle fitted to your cooler. Send us your model details or a photo of its current filter so we can confirm the correct cartridge, replacement interval and service cost.
What warranty applies?
The cooler carries a 3-year warranty. Replacement filters are excluded from this 3-year warranty. Ask us for the full written terms; routine cleaning and replacement filters are separate from the initial purchase.
