Do I need to refill a bottle?
No. This cooler connects to your mains water supply. It does not need a bottle to be refilled or replaced. You still need to change the filter and clean the unit as required.
What is the difference between Cool & Cold and Hot & Cold?
Cool & Cold provides room-temperature and chilled water. Hot & Cold provides heated and chilled water. Both are available in black or white. The price and main product photo update when you select your configuration.
Is installation included in the displayed price?
Installation is optional and charged separately. Review the current installation option beside Add to cart, or ask Purest for a quote for your postcode and site. You can also buy the system without installation.
What does the cooler need at my property?
A suitable mains-water connection, the required electrical supply and enough space for ventilation, cleaning and servicing. Send us photos of your proposed location so we can help check the requirements.
Will it keep up with a busy office?
That depends on your peak demand and the model’s heating and cooling capacity. Tell us how many people will use it and when. A mains connection does not mean unlimited chilled or hot water at once.
How hot is the hot water, and does it have safety controls?
Ask our team for the operating temperatures, dispensing instructions and safety features of the Hot & Cold model before choosing it. Confirm suitability wherever children or vulnerable users may have access, and follow the supplied operating instructions.
Can I rent a cooler instead?

Which replacement filter or service do I need?
The replacement must match the filter fitted to your cooler. Contact us with your model details or a photo of the current cartridge so we can confirm the right replacement, interval and service options.
What warranty applies?
The cooler and installation by Purest Solutions carry a 3-year warranty. Replacement filters are excluded from this 3-year warranty. Ask us for the full warranty terms; routine maintenance and replacement filters are separate from the initial cooler purchase.
