Water cooler: a dedicated dispense point

A plumbed cooler connects to mains water. A refillable cooler is topped up manually and does not need a mains connection. Both create a drinking-water point separate from your kitchen mixer.

Choose the listed temperature configuration and confirm the cooling capacity for the expected demand. Mains connection avoids refilling, but does not mean unlimited chilled output.

Bubbler: fountain-style drinking access

A bubbler provides a fountain-style drinking point. Check the actual model's controls and any bottle-filling function rather than assuming every bubbler is hands-free or has identical features.

Location, drainage, power, user access and peak demand are important installation questions. A school corridor, gym and office kitchenette may have different requirements.
