Purest Solutions September 2026 Pull-Out Filtered Tap Giveaway Terms

Promotion period: The promotion opens at 12:00 am Melbourne time on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm Melbourne time on 30 September 2026. Entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
Eligibility: Entry is open to Melbourne and Greater Melbourne residents aged 18 years or older who rent, own, or are purchasing their home under a mortgage. The property must be within the Purest Solutions Melbourne and Greater Melbourne service area for installation. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Social follow requirement: Entrants must follow at least one official Purest Solutions social account during the promotion period: Facebook or Instagram. Entrants do not need to follow both accounts if they only use one platform. Entrants must provide either their Facebook profile or Instagram handle so Purest Solutions can manually verify the selected winner is following at least one account before the prize is awarded.
How to enter: Complete and submit the giveaway entry form at purestsolutions.com.au/pages/september-giveaway during the promotion period. Entry is free. One original entry is permitted per person.
Referral entries: After entering, each entrant may receive a unique referral link. If another eligible person enters the giveaway through that link and their entry is accepted, the original entrant who supplied the link receives one bonus ticket. The referred entrant receives their own original entry and can then share their own unique referral link.
Duplicate and invalid entries: Purest Solutions may reject duplicate entries, incomplete entries, false details, automated entries, suspicious referral activity, or entries that do not meet the eligibility and social follow requirements. Purest Solutions may use submitted details and technical checks to help detect duplicate or invalid entries.
Prize: The prize is one Purest Solutions pull-out filtered tap system, including eligible standard Melbourne metro installation where the site is suitable. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Installation conditions: Installation is subject to property suitability, access, plumbing requirements and any approval required for the installation. If the winner rents or does not have full authority to approve the installation, the winner is responsible for arranging any required permission before installation can proceed. If installation cannot reasonably proceed, Purest Solutions may offer an alternative arrangement at its discretion.
Winner selection: The winner will be selected after the promotion closes from valid eligible entries. Purest Solutions may contact the selected winner using the details provided on the entry form. The selected winner must respond within the timeframe specified by Purest Solutions and must satisfy any verification requirements before the prize is confirmed.
Marketing consent: Entrants may choose whether to receive marketing emails, SMS or calls from Purest Solutions. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the giveaway. Entrants can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.
Privacy: Purest Solutions will use submitted details, referral data and fraud-prevention checks to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner, maintain records and create or link a CRM lead. Personal information will be handled in line with Purest Solutions' privacy practices.
General: Purest Solutions may update, suspend or cancel the giveaway if required due to technical issues, fraud, legal requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Purest Solutions' decisions regarding eligibility, verification, referrals and winner confirmation are final.
